Well, when you have a 17 year flat line, Algor as a spokesman, and East Anglia emails; you have to come up with something – and they hate patriotism, motherhood, and apple pie.
Wonder if their “awareness” will cancel out the carbon footprint created by driving to their walk? Only Al Gore knows for sure. And if not, he will sell them indulgences.
Big Daddy Pollitt argues with Brick Pollitt over whether Climate Mendacity has become a wedge issue between the various dysfunctional members of the Pollitt family, an issue which prevents them from telling each other the truth about every facet of their everyday lives, including how they like their eggs, easy-over or sunny-side up.
Aaron, I was hoping I’d catch up with you… (If you don’t return to this post I’ll try you again later) You asked for a citation a while back on the current weak solar cycle being predicted. A professor out of Ohio State by the name of Robert Wagner had a bunch of videos and stuff. I seem to have juxtaposed two of the papers he had into one. The paper I was referring to may be hard to find but I may be able to do so. The other one, which I think you were more interested in, was a paper on 11,000 years of sun spot data by ‘Solanki et al’ (2004).here is the link: http://cc.oulu.fi/~usoskin/personal/nature02995.pdf
I’ll keep trying on the original paper that I was referring to… It’s probably more a matter of will power than anything. I’ve been sidetracked into searching data on the link between carbon growth and temperature (which, by the way, is in lock step with dr spencer’s data set) and short comings of ice cores (particularly the notion that co2 trapped in cores is younger than the ice it’s trapped in) So when ever I get around to it, I’ll be sure and pass on the link…

How this relates to climate change is that if temperatures get hotter earlier in the year, we may (and possibly already are) see cats being able to breed earlier in the year and for longer. Sump Pumps Installation
Climate change can lead to more frequent and severe natural disasters, such as floods and wildfires, which can displace or harm animals. It can also disrupt ecosystems, alter migration patterns, and reduce food and water sources, all of which can have serious consequences for animals, including kittens.
By participating in the People’s Climate March, individuals can join together to demand action on climate change and work towards a more sustainable and equitable future for all. This can ultimately help to protect not only kittens but all species and the planet as a whole. oilworks.co
Good Lord!

Oh, wow! Did you see the “rising sun” at the end of the ad? I see the Sierra Club is in to promoting symbols of totalitarianism now.
Wow! God help us.

Jeeze, what poor cat owners, everybody with a kitten knows you have to hide the car keys….. (applies to human teenagers also).
Mittens only gets to drive when the Wife or I are in the car with her, everybody knows that….

I was kinda hoping they’d go for bunnies.

Regarding “gets it”…
Who’s the “we” in “and so do we”? Grant-sucking climatologists?
I.E., You better go march, or we’re going to get it.
I guess that the polar bears are now out as symbols of AGW?
I knew it! Climate change deniers hate kittens!
So the Sierra Club is having kittens over CAGW.
Maybe they should ask their allies at PeTA or HSUS how to get spaded?
What will happen to their argument when a polar bear eats a litter of kittens?

But with the climate changing and temperatures rising, it seems cats are increasingly on heat.
